9 May 2026 — Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) ने 9 और 10 May को UP PGT 2026 की exam करवाई है। इस भर्ती में 624 Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) के पद भरे जाएंगे। Exam देने के बाद अब सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि cut off कितनी जाएगी? किसको interview का मौका मिलेगा?
18 Subjects के लिए हुई Exam
UPESSC ने Physics, Biology, Home Science, History, Education, English, Agriculture, Commerce, Sociology, Civics, Mathematics, Economics, Sanskrit, Psychology, Chemistry, Geography, Hindi और Arts जैसे 18 subjects के लिए exam करवाई। हर subject की अपनी अलग cut off होगी, जो category के हिसाब से भी बदलेगी।
Expected Cut Off: अभी तक कोई official data नहीं
Exam अभी खत्म हुई है, तो expected cut off का अंदाजा लगाना मुश्किल है। UPESSC ने अभी तक कोई official cut off जारी नहीं की है। लेकिन पिछले सालों के trends और इस बार के exam pattern को देखते हुए कुछ अनुमान लगाए जा सकते हैं।
Category-Wise Expected Range (Tentative)
ये सिर्फ अनुमान है, actual cut off exam की difficulty और candidates के performance पर निर्भर करेगी:
– UR (General): 65-75% के बीच
– OBC: 60-70% के बीच
– SC: 55-65% के बीच
– ST: 50-60% के बीच
Cut Off तय करने वाले 4 बड़े factors
1. Candidates की संख्या
जितने ज्यादा candidates exam देंगे, competition उतना बढ़ेगा। Competition बढ़ने से cut off भी ऊपर जाती है। इस बार 89,766 candidates ने exam दी, जो एक बड़ी संख्या है।
2. Exam की difficulty level
अगर paper tough था, तो cut off नीचे आएगी। अगर easy था, तो cut off ऊपर जाएगी। Candidates के initial reactions से पता चल रहा है कि कुछ subjects के papers moderate थे, कुछ थोड़े tough।
एक candidate ने बताया, “Physics का paper थोड़ा tricky था। Numerical questions में time लग गया। लेकिन History का paper comparatively easy था।”
3. Vacancies की संख्या
इस बार सिर्फ 624 posts हैं। Vacancies कम हैं और candidates ज्यादा, तो cut off naturally high जाएगी। Ye simple math है – कम seats, ज्यादा competition।
4. Overall Performance
अगर ज्यादातर candidates ने अच्छा perform किया, तो cut off बढ़ेगी। अगर overall performance average रही, तो cut off थोड़ी नीचे आ सकती है।
Subject-Wise Cut Off में फर्क क्यों होता है?
हर subject की अपनी difficulty होती है। Mathematics और Physics जैसे subjects में calculation ज्यादा होती है, तो वहां cut off थोड़ी कम रह सकती है। History, Geography जैसे subjects में factual questions ज्यादा होते हैं, तो वहां cut off थोड़ी ऊपर जा सकती है।
लेकिन ये भी depend करता है कि उस particular subject में कितने candidates ने exam दी और कितनी vacancies हैं।
Previous Year Trends से क्या पता चलता है?
पिछले कुछ सालों में UP PGT की cut off देखें तो:
– General category के लिए cut off usually 65-72% के बीच रही है
– OBC के लिए 5-7% कम
– SC/ST के लिए और 5-10% कम
लेकिन हर साल का pattern अलग होता है। इस बार exam pattern में कुछ changes हैं, तो cut off में भी बदलाव हो सकता है।
Written Exam Clear करने के बाद क्या होगा?
Cut off clear करने वाले candidates को interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Interview में भी marks होंगे, और final selection written exam + interview के combined marks पर होगा।
UPESSC ने अभी तक interview की exact date announce नहीं की है। Pehle written exam के results आएंगे, फिर interview schedule जारी होगा।
Candidates अब क्या करें?
1. Answer Key का इंतजार करें
UPESSC जल्द ही provisional answer key जारी करेगा। उसे देखकर आप अपने approximate marks calculate कर सकते हैं। अगर कोई question गलत लगे, तो objection भी raise कर सकते हैं।
2. Interview की तैयारी शुरू करें
अगर आपको लग रहा है कि आपके marks cut off से ज्यादा हैं, तो interview की preparation शुरू कर दें। Subject knowledge के साथ-साथ current affairs और teaching methodology पर भी focus करें।
3. Backup Plan Ready रखें
Cut off uncertain है, तो दूसरी exams की तैयारी भी जारी रखें। Eggs को एक ही basket में मत रखिए।
Official Cut Off कब आएगी?
UPESSC पहले answer key release करेगा, फिर objections लेगा, उसके बाद final answer key आएगी। उसके कुछ हफ्तों बाद results declare होंगे। Results के साथ ही official cut off भी announce होगी।
Normally इस पूरे process में 1-2 महीने लग जाते हैं। तो candidates को थोड़ा धैर्य रखना होगा।
Realistic Expectations रखें
Social media पर बहुत सारे “expected cut off” के posts आ रहे हैं। लेकिन ज्यादातर सिर्फ guesswork हैं। Actual cut off तभी पता चलेगी जब UPESSC officially announce करे।
एक coaching institute के teacher ने कहा, “Students को unrealistic expectations नहीं रखनी चाहिए। Cut off predictions सिर्फ rough idea देते हैं, guarantee नहीं। Apna best diya hai toh results ka wait karo.”
