Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) ने NTPC UG Typing Skill Test का admit card release कर दिया है। Exam 13 February 2026 को होगा यानी सिर्फ 3 दिन बाद। जो candidates CBT-II (Computer Based Test – Second Stage) में qualify हुए हैं, वे तुरंत अपना admit card download करें। यह typing test recruitment process का crucial stage है।
यह computer-based typing skill test (CBTST) Junior Clerk cum Typist और Accounts Clerk cum Typist posts के लिए conduct किया जा रहा है। ये posts Indian Railways में clerical cadre की important positions हैं। यह qualifying nature का test है जिसमें pass करना आवश्यक है लेकिन marks final merit में count नहीं होंगे। Final selection CBT-II marks के basis पर होगा।

Detailed Download Process
Admit card download करने के लिए candidates को अपने regional RRB की website पर जाना होगा। India में total 21 RRBs हैं जो different regions को cover करती हैं। RRB Ahmedabad (rrbahmedabad.gov.in), RRB Allahabad (rrbald.gov.in), RRB Bangalore (rrbbnc.gov.in), RRB Bhopal (rrbbpl.nic.in), RRB Bhubaneswar (rrbbbs.gov.in) आदि सभी regions की अलग-अलग websites हैं।
अपने region की website identify करने के लिए application form में दी गई information check करें। Website पर RRB NTPC या CEN 06/2024 (current notification number) link पर click करना होगा। Homepage पर prominently displayed होगा। Typing skill test admit card section में जाना होगा।
Registration number (जो CBT-I के time मिला था) और date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY format में) enter करना होगा। Captcha code carefully भरना होगा। Submit button पर click करने पर admit card PDF format में download होगा। कम से कम 2-3 copies print करवा लेनी चाहिए क्योंकि exam center पर original printed copy mandatory है।
Admit card पर सभी details verify करें including name, registration number, post applied for, exam date and time, exam center address और reporting time। अगर कोई error है तो immediately RRB helpline पर contact करें। Last minute में correction difficult हो सकता है इसलिए early download करें।
Comprehensive Test Pattern और Marking Scheme
Test computer-based होगा जिसमें standard QWERTY keyboard पर typing करनी होगी। Duration 15 minutes होगी जो short लगता है लेकिन sufficient है typing speed test के लिए। Candidates को English या Hindi language choose करने का option मिलेगा exam शुरू होने से पहले। एक बार select करने के बाद change नहीं कर सकते।
Approximately 250-300 words का passage screen पर display होगा जिसे type करना होगा। Passage general topics पर होगा, कोई technical या specialized content नहीं होगा। Typing area में जो type करेंगे वह real-time में visible होगा। Backspace use कर सकते हैं errors correct करने के लिए।
English typing के लिए minimum 30 words per minute (WPM) speed required है। यह net speed है यानी errors deduct करने के बाद। Gross speed से errors subtract करके net speed calculate होती है। Hindi typing के लिए 25 WPM speed आवश्यक है जो English से थोड़ी कम है क्योंकि Hindi typing generally slower होती है।
Hindi typing में Inscript या Remington keyboard layout choose कर सकते हैं। Inscript government standard है और logical layout है। Remington traditional typewriter layout है जो many people को familiar है। Exam शुरू होने से पहले layout select करना होगा। Reasonable accuracy maintain करनी होगी, excessive errors से speed reduce हो जाएगी।
Effective Preparation Strategy
Exam सिर्फ 3 दिन बाद है इसलिए focused और intensive preparation जरूरी है। Daily 2-3 hours typing practice करनी चाहिए। Morning और evening sessions में practice करें जब mind fresh हो। Continuous practice से muscle memory develop होती है जो exam में help करती है।
Online tools जैसे TypingTest.com, 10FastFingers.com, Typing.com use कर सकते हैं। ये free tools हैं और various exercises provide करते हैं। Software जैसे Typing Master, RapidTyping, KeyBlaze भी effective हैं। इनमें lessons, games और tests होते हैं जो practice को interesting बनाते हैं।
Proper finger placement सीखनी चाहिए जो typing speed का foundation है। Home row position (ASDF JKL;) master करें। Left hand fingers A, S, D, F keys पर और right hand fingers J, K, L, ; keys पर rest करनी चाहिए। सभी fingers का proper use करना चाहिए, सिर्फ 2-3 fingers से typing slow और inefficient होती है।
Keyboard देखे बिना type करने की practice करनी चाहिए जिसे touch typing कहते हैं। Initially difficult लगेगा लेकिन practice से improve होगा। Screen पर focus रखें न कि keyboard पर। Posture भी important है, straight बैठें और wrists comfortable position में रखें।
Accuracy पर पहले focus करना चाहिए, speed automatically practice से बढ़ेगी। Errors correct करने में time waste होता है। Common mistakes identify करें और उन पर specifically work करें। Difficult words या letter combinations को repeatedly practice करें।
Mock tests देकर 15 minutes की timing practice करनी चाहिए। Real exam conditions simulate करें। Timer set करके practice करें ताकि time management सीख सकें। अपनी current speed track करें और daily improvement monitor करें। 30-35 WPM target रखें ताकि comfortable margin हो।
Strict Exam Day Guidelines
Exam center पर admit card की original printed copy ले जाना absolutely mandatory है। Photocopy या mobile में digital copy acceptable नहीं है। Photo ID भी compulsory है – Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport में से कोई एक। ID पर photo clear होनी चाहिए।
2-3 extra passport size photos ले जाएं जो recent होनी चाहिए। Blue या black ballpoint pen भी ले जाएं किसी documentation के लिए। Transparent water bottle allowed है लेकिन label remove करना होगा। Simple और light clothes पहनें जो comfortable हों।
Mobile phone, electronic devices, calculator, smartwatch, bluetooth devices, fitness bands strictly prohibited हैं। अगर कोई candidate ऐसी device के साथ पकड़ा जाता है तो candidature cancel हो सकती है। Study material, books, notes, loose papers भी नहीं ले जा सकते। बड़े bags avoid करें, सिर्फ necessary items small bag में रखें।
Admit card पर दिए गए reporting time से 30 minutes पहले पहुंचना चाहिए। Entry gate reporting time पर खुलेगा। Late entry बिल्कुल नहीं मिलेगी, यह strict rule है। Security check में time लगता है इसलिए early arrival important है। Exam center का route पहले से check कर लें और traffic conditions consider करें।
Post-Test Process और Final Selection
Typing test result कुछ दिनों में regional RRB websites पर declare होगा। Qualify/Not Qualify status clearly mentioned होगी। Scorecard download कर सकते हैं जिसमें typing speed और accuracy details होंगी। Result के against objections नहीं ले सकते क्योंकि यह skill test है।
Typing test pass करने के बाद document verification (DV) होगा। DV schedule separately announce किया जाएगा। सभी original documents ले जाने होंगे including educational certificates (Class 10th, 12th, Graduation), caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, experience certificates (if any) और अन्य relevant documents।
Document verification के बाद medical examination होगा जो Railway की medical standards के according होगा। Vision test, physical fitness test और general health checkup होगा। Medical fitness certificate issue होगा अगर सब कुछ satisfactory है।
Final selection CBT-II marks के basis पर होगा क्योंकि typing test qualifying है। Merit list बनेगी जिसमें candidates की ranking होगी। Vacancies के according candidates को select किया जाएगा। Selected candidates को appointment letter issue किया जाएगा और joining formalities complete करनी होंगी।
