India के higher education sector में एक ऐतिहासिक बदलाव आने वाला है। Union Cabinet ने Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan Bill को approve कर दिया है। इस bill के तहत UGC (University Grants Commission), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) और NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) — तीनों को मिलाकर एक single higher education regulator बनाया जाएगा — जिसका नाम होगा “Viksit Bharat Shiksha Adhishthan”। Medical colleges (NMC) और Law colleges (BCI) इसके बाहर रहेंगे।

UP में इस समय सैकड़ों colleges और universities हैं जो UGC, AICTE और NCTE — तीनों अलग-अलग regulators को report करते हैं। इससे paperwork, dual approvals और compliance का बोझ बहुत ज्यादा होता है।

नए Regulator से क्या बदलेगा?

Colleges और Universities के लिए:
