Lucknow district में payment process सबसे fast है। यहां के students को generally पहले payment मिलती है। District office well-organized है।
Kanpur, Varanasi, Allahabad जैसे big districts में भी payment timely होती है। लेकिन applications ज्यादा होने से थोड़ा time लग सकता है।
छोटे districts में कभी-कभी delay होता है। Staff कम होने से verification में time लगता है। लेकिन eventually सभी को payment मिलती है।
Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut जैसे NCR districts में भी process smooth है। यहां digital infrastructure अच्छा है।
