Uttar Pradesh के 50 लाख से अधिक students के लिए खुशखबरी है! UP Scholarship 2025-26 का payment disbursement 24 January 2026 से शुरू हो गया है। Social Welfare Department, UP Government ने confirm किया है कि Pre-Matric, Post-Matric और Dashmottar scholarships का पैसा students के bank accounts में transfer होना शुरू हो गया है। अगर आपने भी scholarship के लिए apply किया था तो अब आप अपना payment status check कर सकते हैं।

UP Scholarship scheme Uttar Pradesh Government की flagship scheme है जो Class 9 से लेकर Post-Graduate level तक के students को financial assistance provide करती है। इस साल 60 लाख से ज्यादा students ने application submit किए थे जिनमें से लगभग 50 लाख applications approve हुए हैं। अब इन students को उनकी categories और courses के according scholarship amount मिलना शुरू हो गया है।

UP Scholarship Payment 2026 कब शुरू हुआ?

UP Scholarship का payment disbursement officially 24 January 2026 से शुरू हो गया है। यह information Social Welfare Department की official website scholarship.up.gov.in पर available है। Payment process Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) के through हो रहा है जिसमें पैसा सीधे students के bank accounts में transfer होता है।

Payment process multiple phases में हो रहा है। सबसे पहले वे students जिनके applications पूरी तरह verified हैं और जिनके bank account details correct हैं, उन्हें payment मिलना शुरू हो गया है। Gradually सभी eligible students को उनका scholarship amount मिल जाएगा।

Different categories के लिए payment timeline थोड़ा अलग हो सकता है। Pre-Matric और Post-Matric scholarships का payment पहले phase में हो रहा है, जबकि Dashmottar (UG/PG) scholarships का payment second phase में होगा। लेकिन सभी payments March 2026 तक complete हो जाने की उम्मीद है।

कितने Students को मिलेगा Benefit?

इस साल UP Scholarship scheme के तहत लगभग 50 लाख students को benefit मिलने वाला है। यह UP Government की सबसे बड़ी scholarship schemes में से एक है जो lakhs of students की education में financial support करती है।

Pre-Matric Scholarship (Class 9-10) के लिए लगभग 15 लाख students ने apply किया था। इनमें से 12-13 लाख applications approve हुए हैं। ये students अब अपना scholarship amount receive करना शुरू कर रहे हैं।

Post-Matric Scholarship (Class 11-12) के लिए 20 लाख से ज्यादा applications आए थे। लगभग 17-18 लाख students eligible पाए गए हैं और उन्हें payment मिलना शुरू हो गया है।

Dashmottar Scholarship (UG/PG और professional courses) के लिए सबसे ज्यादा applications थे – लगभग 25 लाख। इनमें से 20-21 लाख students को scholarship approve हुई है। ये students भी जल्द ही अपना payment receive करेंगे।

Scholarship Amount कितना मिलेगा?

UP Scholarship का amount students की category, class/course और hostel/day scholar status पर depend करता है। अलग-अलग categories के लिए अलग-अलग amounts fixed हैं।

Pre-Matric Scholarship (Class 9-10) के students को ₹3,000 से ₹8,000 per annum तक मिलता है। Day scholars को कम amount मिलता है जबकि hostellers को ज्यादा। SC/ST/OBC/Minority categories के students इस scholarship के eligible हैं।

Post-Matric Scholarship (Class 11-12) में amount ₹2,500 से ₹13,500 per annum तक होता है। यहां भी hostel में रहने वाले students को ज्यादा amount मिलता है क्योंकि उनके accommodation और food expenses भी cover होते हैं।

Dashmottar Scholarship (UG/PG) का amount course type पर depend करता है। General degree courses (BA, BSc, BCom) के लिए ₹5,000-8,000, professional courses (BTech, MBBS) के लिए ₹10,000-15,000 और PG courses के लिए ₹8,000-12,000 per annum तक मिल सकता है।

Payment Status कैसे Check करें?

UP Scholarship payment status check करना बहुत आसान है। Students अपना status online check कर सकते हैं official portal पर जाकर। यहां step-by-step process है।

सबसे पहले scholarship.up.gov.in website पर जाएं। Homepage पर top menu में “Status” option दिखेगा, उस पर click करें। फिर academic year select करें – 2025-26।

अब आपको अपनी details enter करनी होंगी। Registration Number डालें जो आपको application submit करते time मिला था। Date of Birth enter करें DD/MM/YYYY format में। Password या captcha code डालें जो screen पर दिख रहा है।

“Search” या “Submit” button पर click करें। आपका current status screen पर display हो जाएगा। यहां आप देख सकते हैं कि आपका application किस stage पर है – pending, verified, approved या payment processed।

अगर status “Payment Processed” show कर रहा है तो इसका मतलब है कि आपका पैसा transfer हो चुका है। अब आप अपने bank account में check कर सकते हैं। कभी-कभी bank में credit होने में 2-3 days लग सकते हैं।

PFMS से Payment Track कैसे करें?

PFMS (Public Financial Management System) एक government portal है जहां से आप अपने scholarship payment को track कर सकते हैं। यह एक additional way है payment status check करने का।

PFMS portal pfms.nic.in पर जाएं। Homepage पर “Know Your Payment” option पर click करें। यहां आपको दो options मिलेंगे – Bank Account Number से search करें या NSP Application ID से।

अगर Bank Account Number से search कर रहे हैं तो अपना account number enter करें जो scholarship application में दिया था। फिर captcha code डालें और search करें। आपके account में आए सभी government payments की list show होगी।

NSP Application ID से search करने के लिए अपनी scholarship application ID enter करें। यह ID आपको application submit करते time मिली थी। Search करने पर आपको payment details मिल जाएगी – amount, date, status सब कुछ।

PFMS portal पर आप यह भी देख सकते हैं कि payment किस stage पर है। अगर “Success” show हो रहा है तो पैसा आपके account में आ चुका है। अगर “In Process” है तो थोड़ा wait करना होगा।

Payment Status के Different Stages

UP Scholarship payment process में कई stages होते हैं। हर stage को समझना important है ताकि आप जान सकें कि आपका application कहां तक पहुंचा है।

“Application Submitted” stage का मतलब है कि आपने successfully application submit कर दी है लेकिन अभी verification pending है। इस stage पर कोई action लेने की जरूरत नहीं है, बस wait करें।

“Institute Verified” stage में आपका school या college आपकी details verify कर चुका है। यह confirm करता है कि आप उस institution में पढ़ रहे हैं और आपकी दी गई information correct है।

“District Verified” stage में district level officers ने आपके documents और eligibility को verify कर लिया है। यह एक important stage है क्योंकि इसके बाद ही approval process शुरू होता है।

“Approved” status का मतलब है कि आपकी scholarship approve हो गई है और अब payment processing के लिए भेजी जा रही है। यह एक positive sign है कि जल्द ही आपको पैसा मिलेगा।

“Payment Processed” या “Payment Released” status सबसे अच्छा है। इसका मतलब है कि आपका पैसा transfer हो चुका है। अब आप अपने bank account में check कर सकते हैं।

Payment नहीं आया तो क्या करें?

अगर आपका status “Payment Processed” show कर रहा है लेकिन bank account में पैसा नहीं आया है तो घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। कुछ common reasons हो सकते हैं।

सबसे पहले 2-3 days wait करें। कभी-कभी PFMS से payment release होने के बाद bank में credit होने में time लगता है। Different banks की processing speed अलग होती है।

अपने bank account details verify करें। जो account number और IFSC code आपने scholarship application में दिया था, वह correct है या नहीं check करें। अगर कोई mistake है तो payment fail हो सकता है।

Bank passbook या statement check करें। कभी-कभी SMS notification नहीं आता लेकिन पैसा account में आ जाता है। Bank जाकर या net banking से confirm करें।

अगर फिर भी payment नहीं मिला है तो अपने school/college के scholarship coordinator से contact करें। वे district office से follow-up कर सकते हैं।

Bank Account Details Verification जरूरी क्यों है?

UP Scholarship payment DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) mode में होता है इसलिए correct bank account details होना बेहद जरूरी है। अगर details गलत हैं तो payment fail हो जाएगा।

Bank account student के own name में होना चाहिए। Parents या guardians के account में payment नहीं होगा। अगर आपका खुद का account नहीं है तो जल्द से जल्द खुलवा लें।

Aadhaar card bank account से linked होना mandatory है। Bina Aadhaar linking के DBT payment नहीं हो सकता। अगर अभी तक link नहीं किया है तो तुरंत bank जाकर करवा लें।

Mobile number भी bank account से linked होना चाहिए। Payment होने पर SMS notification इसी number पर आएगा। अगर number change हो गया है तो bank में update करवा लें।

IFSC code correct होना चाहिए। यह 11 digit का code होता है जो हर bank branch का unique होता है। Passbook या cheque पर यह code printed होता है। Application में सही IFSC code डालना बहुत important है।

Account active होना चाहिए। अगर account dormant हो गया है (long time से use नहीं हुआ) तो payment fail हो सकता है। Bank जाकर account को activate करवा लें।

Scholarship Rejection के Common Reasons

कुछ students की scholarship applications reject हो जाती हैं। इसके कई reasons हो सकते हैं जिन्हें समझना और avoid करना important है।

Previous class में fail होना भी disqualification का reason है। Scholarship पाने के लिए पिछली class pass होना mandatory है। अगर fail हुए हैं तो scholarship नहीं मिलेगी।
