Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) ने NDA & NA Exam (I) 2026 की Notification 10 दिसंबर 2025 को जारी कर दी थी। परीक्षा 12 अप्रैल 2026 को आयोजित की जाएगी। यह Exam Indian Army, Navy और Air Force में Officer बनने का सुनहरा मौका है।
NDA (National Defence Academy) Exam के Through 394 Vacancies के लिए Recruitment होगी। Application Process 10 दिसंबर से 30 दिसंबर 2025 तक चली थी। अब Candidates Admit Card का इंतजार कर रहे हैं जो मार्च 2026 के आखिरी हफ्ते में official UPSC website पर Available होगा।
NDA 1 2026 Important Dates
UPSC ने NDA 1 2026 का Complete Schedule जारी कर दिया है। Notification 10 दिसंबर 2025 को Release हुई थी। Online Application 10 दिसंबर से शुरू होकर 30 दिसंबर 2025 तक चली। Application Correction Window जनवरी 2026 के दूसरे हफ्ते में Open हुई थी।
Admit Card मार्च 2026 के चौथे हफ्ते में Download के लिए Available होगा। Written Exam 12 अप्रैल 2026 को होगी। Written Result मई 2026 के पहले हफ्ते में Declare होने की उम्मीद है। SSB Interviews मई-जून 2026 में Conduct होंगे।
NDA 2 2026 Schedule
NDA साल में दो बार Conduct होती है। NDA 2 2026 की Notification 20 मई 2026 को Release होगी। Application Process 20 मई से 9 जून 2026 तक चलेगी। NDA 2 Exam 13 सितंबर 2026 को होगी।
Vacancy Details और Course Allocation
NDA 1 2026 में Total 394 Vacancies हैं। Army के लिए 208 Vacancies, Navy के लिए 55 Vacancies और Air Force के लिए 131 Vacancies हैं। Army में Infantry, Mechanised Infantry, Armoured Corps जैसी Different Arms & Services में Allocation होता है।
Navy में Executive Branch और Technical Branch होती हैं। Air Force में Flying Branch और Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) Branches होती हैं। Course Allocation Candidates की Merit, Medical Fitness और Preference के आधार पर होता है।
Eligibility Criteria और Age Limit
NDA 1 2026 के लिए Candidates की Age 2 जुलाई 2007 से 1 जुलाई 2010 के बीच होनी चाहिए। यानी Exam के समय Candidates की Age 16.5 से 19.5 Years के बीच होनी चाहिए। Unmarried Male Candidates ही Apply कर सकते हैं।
Educational Qualification की बात करें तो Army Wing के लिए 12th Pass होना जरूरी है किसी भी Stream से। Air Force और Naval Wings के लिए 12th में Physics और Mathematics Subjects होने चाहिए। जो Candidates 2026 में 12th Exam दे रहे हैं, वे भी Apply कर सकते हैं।
Physical और Medical Standards
NDA में Selection के लिए Physical और Medical Fitness बहुत Important है। Height Minimum 157 cm होनी चाहिए। Weight Height और Age के अनुसार Proportionate होना चाहिए। Chest Minimum 81 cm (Unexpanded) और 86 cm (Expanded) होनी चाहिए।
Eyesight के लिए भी Standards हैं। Army के लिए 6/6 और 6/9 Vision Required है। Air Force Flying Branch के लिए 6/6 Vision Mandatory है। Color Blindness नहीं होनी चाहिए। कोई Major Medical Problem नहीं होनी चाहिए।
Exam Pattern और Paper Structure
NDA Written Exam में दो Papers होते हैं। Paper 1 Mathematics का होता है जो 300 Marks का होता है। Paper 2 General Ability Test (GAT) का होता है जो 600 Marks का होता है। Total 900 Marks की Written Exam होती है।
Mathematics Paper में Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus, Analytical Geometry, Vector Algebra, Statistics & Probability जैसे Topics होते हैं। GAT में English, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Geography, Current Affairs जैसे Topics होते हैं।
Negative Marking और Time Duration
Mathematics Paper 2.5 Hours का होता है और GAT Paper भी 2.5 Hours का होता है। दोनों Papers Objective Type होते हैं। हर Wrong Answer के लिए 1/3 Marks की Negative Marking होती है। इसलिए Guessing से बचना चाहिए।
SSB Interview Process
Written Exam Clear करने के बाद Candidates को SSB (Services Selection Board) Interview के लिए Call आता है। SSB Interview 5 Days का होता है। इसमें Psychological Tests, Group Testing, Interview और Conference होता है।
Stage 1 में Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test और Picture Perception & Description Test (PPDT) होता है। Stage 1 Clear करने पर ही Stage 2 में जाते हैं। Stage 2 में Psychological Tests, Group Discussion, Group Planning Exercise, Individual Obstacles, Command Task, Final Group Task और Personal Interview होता है।
Medical Examination और Merit List
SSB Interview Clear करने के बाद Medical Examination होता है। यह बहुत Detailed Medical Checkup होता है। Eyes, Ears, Heart, Lungs सब कुछ Thoroughly Check किया जाता है। Medical Standards बहुत Strict होते हैं।
Final Merit List Written Exam और SSB Interview के Combined Marks के आधार पर बनती है। Written Exam के 900 Marks और SSB Interview के 900 Marks मिलाकर Total 1800 Marks होते हैं। Medical Fitness भी Mandatory है। जो Candidates CBSE Board Exam 2026 दे रहे हैं, वे 12th के बाद NDA के लिए Eligible होंगे।
Training Period और Course Duration
NDA में Selection होने के बाद Candidates को Khadakwasla, Pune में National Defence Academy में Training के लिए भेजा जाता है। Training Period 3 Years की होती है। यह Residential Training होती है।
NDA में Academic Education के साथ-साथ Military Training भी होती है। Physical Fitness, Weapon Training, Drill, Map Reading, Tactics सब सिखाया जाता है। 3 Years की Training Complete करने के बाद Candidates को Respective Service Academies में भेजा जाता है।
Service Academies और Final Training
Army Cadets को IMA (Indian Military Academy), Dehradun भेजा जाता है जहां 1 Year की Training होती है। Navy Cadets को INA (Indian Naval Academy), Ezhimala भेजा जाता है जहां 1 Year की Training होती है। Air Force Cadets को AFA (Air Force Academy), Hyderabad भेजा जाता है।
Service Academy Training Complete करने के बाद Cadets को Commission मिलता है और वे Officers बन जाते हैं। Army में Lieutenant, Navy में Sub-Lieutenant और Air Force में Flying Officer की Rank से Career शुरू होता है।
Salary और Career Growth
NDA से Commission होने के बाद Starting Salary बहुत अच्छी होती है। Lieutenant की Starting Salary लगभग ₹56,100 per month होती है। इसके अलावा DA, HRA, Transport Allowance और अन्य Benefits भी मिलते हैं।
Defence Services में Career Growth बहुत अच्छी है। Regular Promotions होते हैं। Lieutenant से Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel और आगे तक जा सकते हैं। Retirement के बाद Pension भी मिलती है। Medical Facilities, Accommodation, Education Allowance जैसी सुविधाएं भी मिलती हैं।
Preparation Strategy और Tips
NDA Exam की तैयारी के लिए कम से कम 6-8 महीने का Time चाहिए। Mathematics के लिए NCERT Books (Class 11-12) Thoroughly पढ़ें। GAT के लिए General Knowledge और Current Affairs Regular पढ़ें।
Previous Year Papers Solve करें। Mock Tests दें और Time Management Practice करें। Physical Fitness पर भी काम करें। Running, Push-ups, Sit-ups Regular करें। SSB Interview के लिए Personality Development पर Focus करें। Communication Skills, Leadership Qualities और General Awareness Improve करें।
