CUET UG 2026 एक national-level entrance exam है जो Central Universities और other participating State, Deemed और Private Universities में undergraduate admission के लिए NTA द्वारा conduct किया जाता है। UP के students के लिए यह exam इसलिए game-changer है क्योंकि Lucknow University, Allahabad University (Prayagraj) और BHU Varanasi — तीनों CUET accepting universities हैं।

Lucknow, Prayagraj, Kanpur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly और Moradabad — UP के सभी जिलों के students CUET दे सकते हैं। CUET UG 2026 में लगभग 280 universities admission offer करेंगी। UP Board के छात्रों को अब सिर्फ board marks की वजह से top colleges में admission से वंचित नहीं रहना पड़ेगा।

Class 10–12 के छात्रों के लिए जरूरी जानकारी

CUET 2026 के लिए Class 12 appearing या pass-out — दोनों apply कर सकते हैं। CUET के लिए कोई age limit नहीं है और attempts की भी कोई restriction नहीं है। यानी पिछले साल CUET दिया था और score अच्छा नहीं आया — तो इस साल फिर दे सकते हैं।

CUET 2026 में क्या नया है? — Key Changes

UGC ने CUET UG 2026 में कई important modifications किए हैं जो students को जरूर जाननी चाहिए।

• No Subject Restrictions: अब students CUET UG में कोई भी subject choose कर सकते हैं — Class 12 के subjects से match करना जरूरी नहीं।
• CBT Mode Only: Exam exclusively Computer-Based Test mode में होगा — कोई offline option नहीं।
• Subjects 63 से घटकर 37: Entrepreneurship, Teaching Aptitude और Legal Studies जैसे subjects remove किए गए। इन courses में admission अब General Aptitude Test score से होगी।
• Fixed Duration 60 Minutes: हर subject के लिए exactly 60 minutes — पहले अलग-अलग था।
• No Optional Questions: सभी questions attempt करने होंगे — पहले optional questions का option था।
• Normalisation Process: Multiple shifts के कारण normalisation continue रहेगी।
